The synthetic fabric is durable, for that inevitable scrape against a rock, and dries quickly so you won't feel clammy or too chilled. Two zippered front pockets stow anything you need within arm's reach and don't want tucked away in a pack, while the laser-cut vents help dump heat on the climbs.
